Nice Hotel for 3 adults

Any recommendations for hotel for two adults and our college son! Been looking at the Hilton for 3 nights at the train station.

I don't know if I'd want to stay right next to the train station. They were building that hotel when I was there, so it was a huge mess. I stayed in a friend's apartment very near the Hotel Villa Saint Hubert (http://www.villasainthubert.com/en/), about a block from the Borriglione tram stop. On the map, it looks like it's way out in the burbs. It's not. I think it was two stops from the train station. Very nice, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a massive market in Liberation. I can't vouch for the hotel, but the area is very pleasant and convenient for getting around.

I stayed at Hotel Aston La Scala Nice when I was there in May and really liked it. It was close to the Old Town and all the sights you want to see in town and not a very far walk to the train station (and in a nicer part of town). They also have a nice rooftop bar/lounge with a great view of the city.

We stayed at the charming Villa Leonie and loved it. Mind you, it is on the other side of the Old Port from the promenade, etc., so the location might not suit you. We liked it, because the bus to Ville Franche sur Mer and Monaco stopped right outside the door, and it was an easy walk to a major bus stop at the port. There was also a free (for tips) water taxi that we could take across the harbour if we didn't feel like walking around to that side.

Anyway, if that interests you, there are several options that can sleep three adults.
