Name of a restaurant in St Remy de Provence

A few years ago we checked out Rick’s Provence Guide and found a wonderful casual restaurant just outside center of St. Remy. It was south and off D5 and was described as « kid friendly. ». We had a terrific lunch on the patio and would like to visit when we return to St Remy this fall, but unfortunately we have forgotten the name. There was a playground off to the side of the patio area but far enough away not to disturb diners.

Have tried numerous internet searches without success. I hope someone has the name.

We're going to be staying in Saint-Rémy for about 10 days in a few weeks with a friend visiting from the U.S., and I'd be happy to look around while there. Do you recall how far south on D5? Was it before or after you pass the Glanum archeological site?

This partial review of Chez Laure on TA sounds like it might be the one you're talking about.

"The delight for my 18 month old grand daughter was the large enclosed playground about 20 metres from the dining terrace with a huge assortment of small bikes, cars and jeeps (must have been nearly 20 but suitable for small children only) to try out. She tried them all several times with a big grin.
As you drive on the road from the centre of St Remy to Glanum look for the sign to "Lac du Peiroou" and follow the narrow winding road up towards the lake. It is signed on the left of the road before you get to the lake. After the meal visit the delightful man made lake set within picturesque high rocks and woodland where there are often swimmers."

Check out their website here.

Thank you so much to you both. Believe it was Chez Laure.

Photos match memories of the place and we are looking forward to returning.
Thank you again. Susan
