Has anhyone rented with Louis Apartments in Paris? Linked to him through HomeAway--manages several apartments. Louis Blanchard--lots of very positive reviews posted on HomeAway and on his personal site. Thanks!

Have not, but perhaps if you post a link to the apt you are considering folks would have some input for you. Of course, reviews on his personal site are less meaningful (or meaningless) compared to reviews on HomeAway.

Louis' apartments are fine. Be sure to ask for one of the air-conditioned ones! One of them is on the 8th floor but has an elevator and another is really unique- it is on the ground floor and has an artist's studio in it.

Thank you for replying. We are staying at the Saint Jean. Looks like a great place; will check on the AC availability but hopefully windows will let in a good breeze if needed and in early enough before the season warms up too much! Any more insight welcomed from other Louis Apartment customers! We were hoping for the beautiful garden unit; not sure if that is the artist place Terri has referenced but it sure caught our interest!
