lodging family of 4-apartment?

First time to Europe. Base will be in Paris for 9 nights simply bc we will fly in and out of Paris from Dallas, TX. We will do one day trips from Paris for a few days.
I need recommendations on places to stay for my husband and I and 20/26 yr old kiddos. Prefer 2 bathrooms, but not a must. We are not set on staying in a certain location in Paris. Any suggestions?

be sure that any apartment you find has the appropriate 13 digit registration number in the ad. There is a problem with rogue apartments in Paris, and strict enforcement is removing them.

As a family of 4, I can tell you it is very difficult to find apartments in Paris that sleep 4 people in real beds (not a sofabed), and even more difficult to find two real bathrooms. It will be a lot easier (and probably cheaper) to get two hotel rooms.

Look into the “apartments” at Hotel Residence des Artes. It’s actually two rooms next to each other. One has a kitchenette. Perfect location.

This is an apart-hotel we stayed in with our adult kids. Two separate toilet rooms, one shower in separate room. It was very spacious and having a kitchen was great for breakfasts and snacks. It's a short walk to the Odeon metro in St Germain.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in 2022 we found via Airbnb, but with the recent changes in legislation I think it's getting much harder to find apartments for short stay rentals now. Here is the link in case their limited availability works for you, it was a great set up and a great location.
