Locally Owned Accomodations in Colmar

Does anyone have recommendations for a locally owned hotel or B&B in Colmar? Bonus points for also having good sustainable practices (i.e. uses renewable energy, minimal single use plastic, recycles, hires local staff, LEED certified)?

We stayed at St. Martin in Colmar last September. It was a handy location, and I think RS tours stay there, also. If we had a car, I think we would have preferred the nearby town of Eguisheim, instead.
