We stayed at La Ferme du Pressoir just last week for 5 days and LOVED IT! Odeil our PERECT hostess, the working farm, (adorable pigmy goats, chickens, horses etc.) surroundings, cottage and area near Villers-Bocage, (about 5 minutes away) were charming! We loved how we were spoiled with the incredible breakfast! This location is so accessible to Normandy, Bayeux, (The Tapestry), The D-Day Beaches, Mont Saint Michel, (fabulous), WWII American Cemetery, and so much more. The location of the B & B is perfect! We rented a car at the airport and drove to Villers-Bocage which took about 3 hours through the scenic countryside. We drove back, dropped off our car and stayed at the Sheridan attached to the airport and walked to our gate the next morning. Very convenient!
If you are thinking about visiting this area there is NO question this is the place to lay you head, enjoy the area and have a incredible breakfast to start your day! Thanks, Odeil it was a total pleasure!
