we utilized Rick Steves guides throughout our recent European Tour and the guides became the bible. We actually stumbled across this cafe not listed in his guide when the restaurants the guide listed were all full. this cafe is just off the beaten path and fits many of the attributes Rick Steve"s guides list. Excellent and authentic french food, more on the light side at least for dinner, fresh baked bread topped with salad and choice of offering such as Foie Gras, roasted stuffed vegetables, duck. We went back the next night it was such a good value and the ambience was perfect sitting outside and just off the busy Nice Etolle.
