Hotel with view of Eiffel Tower

My granddaughter, age 10 and I will be visiting Paris in mid October 2023.
I would like a hotel across the Seine with a view of the Eiffel Tower, not
necessary to have room view - outside view is fine. I prefer boutique hotel
that is 3 or 4 star - near cafes, if possible. I have been to Paris before and
love Rick Steves recommendations.

Update - I would appreciate suggestions for hotel in the St. Germaine area
near the D'Orsay for my granddaughter and myself. I always like Rick Steve's
ideas and know it is hard to choose the perfect spot.

As you have a very specific location in mind, it may be helpful to explore that area using Google Maps. You can select the Hotels tab at the top once you've focused in on your selected area and view all of the hotels in that locale. I often use this as a starting point, and then you can look at other sites or ask about that specific hotel on the Forum.

On one of our stays, we opted for the Muguet which has a room in the top floor with a very nice view of the Eiffel Tower.

The Eiffel Tower is located alongside the river, and it's on a huge mall park like area. Unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower from a hotel are difficult to find..

Go on the Metro (Underground), and get off at the Trocadéro station. Take the escalator up to the street level. You will come out across the river from The Tower up on a hill, and the view is absolutely amazing.

If you go right at sundown, strobe lights all over the tower will light up periodically and it's a magical place to be.

A 4 star hotel near the Eiffel Tower might fit your criteria. It is the "Novotel " (a French chain) in that area....very nice, stayed in Jan 2007 for a three day week-end trip. Since that was 15 years ago, the present Novotel has been totally refurbished, remodeled, expanded, etc , etc.

Thank you all for your suggestions! I will continue researching the area.
I cannot go wrong no matter what I decide - I have had great experiences
( so far ) on trips to Paris!

I would suggest instead of the Tower that you go for the isle at louis so you are near Notre Dame and the Louvre etc etc

We stayed at the https://hotel-paris-bosquet.com/en/ in Rue Cler several years ago and loved the hotel and location. Our room did not have a view of the Eiffel Tower, but I think some might.

We stayed here last May, and I did update to a room with a view of the tower. I was 100% satisfied with this hotel choice:)

If you're looking for a hotel with a view of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, there are several options to choose from. The Shangri-La Hotel is a luxurious hotel located in the 16th arrondissement that has rooms with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. In fact, some rooms even have private balconies overlooking the tower, which make for an unforgettable experience.

Another great option is the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, which is located just a few minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower. Many of the rooms in this hotel offer views of the tower, and the hotel also has a rooftop bar with panoramic views of the tower and the city. This is a great place to enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful view.

Finally, the Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel is located in the 15th arrondissement and some of its rooms offer views of the Eiffel Tower. This hotel is also conveniently located near many of Paris's top attractions, so you can easily explore the city while enjoying the beautiful view from your room.

Thank you for so many suggestions!
We are considering the Hotel Ares Eiffel - 7 Rue Du General de Larminat.
The website looks good and prices are in medium range. 13 min. walk to Eiffel,
and 11 min. walk to Rue Cler.
Anyone stay there?

Merci!

I stayed there in 2013 so it’s been a while. I loved the decor and the staff was great. It was only for a weekend and we needed three rooms and a place to park our car. All three rooms were lovely. Other than the Eiffel Tower, you are not near any main tourist sites but it is near a metro stop where three lines meet so transit options are good.
