Hi all - Has anyone stayed at Hotel Turenne le Marais in Paris? I've booked 4 nights there in November. I'm a Left Bank gal but trying out a different area this time around. I haven't seen it listed in any guidebooks but it looks like a nice place. I'm also going to be working remotely (on LA time) so I'm hoping that the Wi-Fi is pretty good there. Thanks!

I've stayed in the Marais before and will be again this November;
the location looks great and the pricing is about the same as the 3 star listings in the RS Paris guidebook.
I will be closer to Metro Hotel de Ville than Metro St Paul but either is good for getting into the system.
If you want to DM about whether we have overlap in our dates there that would be fine -- could even meet for lunch or dinner perhaps. I have my eye on a couple of addresses already.

We stayed there 2 years ago. We liked it a bunch. I don't remember much on the wifi one way or another. Our room was about as far from the front desk as possible. So it must have been alright. We really liked the location. place des Vosges is about a block away. the little village of St Paul is just across rue de rivoli. We found a Scottish bar in there. The haggis was fantastic! Fun little pub. Rue de Rivoli has plenty of places to munch & drink. A couple of pieces of the wall from Phillip II Augustus also.
