Hotel recommendations in Aix en Provence

I am looking for a hotel centrally located in Aix en Provence. I plan on staying in the town for 5-8 days while visiting my son who will be going to college there. I don't plan on renting a car, and I love to walk. A hotel with a decent included breakfast would be helpful too!
Thanks

In late 2023 I stayed at the Hôtel Les Quatre Dauphins which is very close to the pedestrian cener of Aix. My room was neat and clean. There was no elevator, but I asked to be put on the 1st (European) floor & they helped carry my bag upstairs. I never ate breakfast, but the dining room was very pleasant. They do charge for the breakfast. I loved Aix. Their tourist information center is excellent and the bus center was well arranged for travels to surrounding areas.

Following our RS tour which ended in Aix, my husband and I stayed at Hotel des Augustine for 3 nights last year. It’s listed in the RS guidebook. Breakfast was included. Can’t remember the quality.
I loved the location. We walked everywhere; just steps away from Cour Mirabeau, but on a very quiet street.
The huge TI is a short walk away, with a very nice gift shop, selling my favorite travel souvenirs, earrings.

It's been a few years (2019) but I stayed at Aparthotel Adagio Aix-en-Provence Center on a Road Scholar tour to Aix. It's part of the Accor hotel chain so may not be as charming as other hotels might be but each room has a small kitchen, full size fridge, microwave, etc. They had a nice breakfast and other Accor hotels I've stayed at have usually had nice breakfasts with a lot of choices. Also had elevators.

It, also, is within walking distance of Cour Mirabeau - less than 10 minutes to the big fountain La Rotonde.
