Paris Hotel Recommendations

Greetings,
Can anyone offer reviews on the following hotels? Or, offer any other suggestions? Haven't been to Paris in 20 years (!!), and looking to spend upwards of $250 on a hotel room. We are coming from Belgium via train. Want to be centrally located.
Hotel Icone
Hotel Du Printemps
Hotel Urban Bivouac

Thank you!

We try to stay in a different area each visit. This last visit at Christmas we stayed at Hotel Saint Louis https://www.saintlouisenlisle.com/ as I wanted to be close to Notre Dame.
I think it was my favorite. We stayed in the comfort room but next time I think I’ll book superior. English speaking helpful friendly staff, location near metros, hotel shuttle to the airport, good breakfast, great pillow, bed and shower.

I recommend you read the reviews of all three of these on booking.com. Only people who have stayed in the hotel can leave reviews on that site.
Personally, I will only book places that get a 9 or higher. For location, I'd chose Icone but the reviews are mixed. It would be a no for me. The other two have review scores in the upper 8s, but they are further out of the center than I like to stay.

Booking.com is a great way to search, if you haven't tried it yet. You can search by "Paris, Ile de France," put in your dates, etc. Use the filters on the left to select "Wonderful 9+" or whatever. Open the map view of the search results and you can hover over each or click and it'll open in a separate window.
I'm a bit obsessive about trip planning (it's a theme here, lol), so I spend a fair amount of time reading hotel reviews before I'll stay somewhere. Recommendations are great, but only you know what is important to you.
Edited to add: I research using booking.com, but I always google to see if it's possible to book direct with the hotel. That will sometimes save you (and the host) quite a bit of money.
