I have been trying to contact this hotel via their website and via Facebook. No luck. Anyone stayed here? Looks like a good deal and an excellent location. I’m the past I’ve stayed close to this hotel at the Grand Hotel Balcons but that one has no A/C and we are looking at early Sept. based on last year’s heatwave, prefer hotel with A/C.
Any thought would be appreciated. Very strange they don’t answer email. Highly rated hotel on several sites.
If you have tried the contact box on their website, what about a regular email to [email protected] ? Sometimes a regular email is easier for the front desk employees to access.
I would agree with Barbara’s suggestion. I have attempted to reach hotels on their website format and did not get a response. I too have had good luck with emailing front desk directly.
Great idea. The problem was I didn’t seem to see an email address on the website. I used the “contact” link which didn’t show an email address. Will do what you suggest. Wish me luck.
