Review of hotel in Orange, Provence
We stayed in at the Hotel Le Glacier in Orange, Provence for 4 nights in October 2014. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the breakfasts were more than adequate. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The parking facilities were locked and required us to go to the front desk staff to open the gates. However, the doors to the front desk were closed by 11:00 p.m. and you needed a code to enter the back door by 9:00 p.m. (not quite the "easy parking" described in the Rick Steves' guide book). All that was tolerable, but when we checked out, we were charged more than the price we had agreed to when we checked in. We were charged extra for breakfasts and extra for parking, although, those were included when we were quoted the price on the phone and at our arrival.
