Just spent 4 nights here at the end of August. I am a solo, budget female traveler. I loved this place.! I had s small room over the Rue deli Rivoli. Le Marais area, just above a small square with some lively restaurants/cafes. I had a lovely view and doors that stepped out onto a small Juliet balcony. The room was clean, quiet despite the activity below, and I loved the vintage “Parisian” decor. I especially loved the excellent air conditioning! Not a 5 star hotel, but an excellent budget (175$) option, would pass on breakfast and the shower was extra small. Stayed in room 6, and would stay again.

My friend and I stayed here in January. We loved it too! My friend is actually redesigning her sitting room to mirror the colors and “vibe” of Hotel De Nice
Walkable to train station and lots of cute restaurants nearby. If you go to Les Philsophes - a classic bistro- be sure to ask for Luic the waiter. He was so interesting and fun. We still talk about him today.
Great area and cute creaky bohemian hotel with a great decor! Small shower and a bit more than budget style with some extra “oomph” my friend and I loved it!
