We also were given a full refund even though we had bought the bargain non refundable hotel deal. Very grateful to the very nice folks at this great hotel in a nice part of Paris.
Highly recommend them given their handling of my cancelled reservation and will definitely rebook at hotel de la motte picquet

To me the only negative about this hotel is the minuscule breakfast room! Literally 4 tables in the basement so you can’t linger. Very nice front desk staff who will usually remember you after a day or two. I love the location. I know many pooh-pooh the area but I love to walk around here.
I was so happy to see they’ve refunded folks even with non-ref reservations.
BTW, if you are going to get a Museum Pass the Tabac right across the street sells them.

Yes, good people who did what was probably very hard, but the right thing to do in regards to refunding “non refundable” bargain reservations due to covid-19.
Small breakfast room, they are a small hotel.
Love this area. I worked as an au pair in the neighborhood a few decades ago.
Think of this great place next time you are thinking of hotels in Paris.
