Hotel d'Argouges vs. Le Lion d'Or in Bayeux?

Trying to decide between these two hotels in Bayeux for my family of 4 for 3 nights.
Both have very good reviews on Trip Advisor.
Le Lion d'Or is offering a suite - 2 rooms connecting I think
Hotel d'Argouges is offering a suite for one night then having to switch to a family room for the last two nights.
I was leaning towards Hotel d'Argouges but am not super excited about changing rooms.
I would love to hear from folks who have stayed at either/both.
Thanks!

Claudine, four of us adults absolutely loved hotel d'Argouges in 2009 and I would have loved to have stayed there again in 2013 with other friends but nothing was available. We stayed at the Churchill which was also very nice. Next time I'll make sure to reserve early enough to get into d'Argouges though, just because it's so beautiful, the staff are so delightful, the back garden is such a pleasure and the breakfast is fabulous!

Hi Claudineu, another recommendation for the Hotel d'Argouges. It was one of the nicest, largest rooms I've had in France. I haven't stayed at the other hotel. Hope you have a great trip!
