Guest Apartment Services Paris

I’m just finishing up a stay in their Cherry apartment
Apartment was as advertised, very well stocked, modern appliances etc.

They have an office that’s manned during the week that’s available to help you if you have questions or need assistance booking things, etc. you get weekly housekeeping. I paid what averaged out to about $240 a night for a one bedroom with a separate living area, great kitchen and very nice bathroom and washer dryer unit (I only used the washer).

Considering the hotels I looked at were in the same price range. I felt like this was a good price and I’ve been very happy with this unit. I would recommend this company and this unit.

Hmmmm it looks like they must have de-listed the Cherry apartment, I don't see it on their website. Or maybe I am looking somehow wrong !

It's nice of you to let people know it's a nice place, thank you for the review. My apartment is too small for guests, so I have to put family and friends up somewhere when they come . . .

Oh yes, the “registration number”. sorry I realize that everyone believes that if you see a 13 digit number starting with a 75 the. apartment is legal. Nope, you know that somebody knew enough to put a 13 digit number starting with 75 on the listing.

I’ll keep renting from agencies. I’ve had good success and I don’t really care about the 13 digit number.

And before someone comes on here and tries to terrify me with horrible things that are going to happen to me, that’s one of the reasons I rent from an agency. The truth is the law does not impact the renter. And if an apartment is taken off the market a good agency will help you.
