we are going to Moulin Rouge and planning on skipping the dinner and attending the 9pm show only.
We are looking for restaurant recommendations near the Moulin Rouge with atmosphere - it will be on a Tuesday in early October. Thank you in advance.

I don't know what you consider to be "with atmosphere" or "near" the Moulin Rouge, but L'Empire du 8ème is an 18 minute Metro ride away. It is quite nice and gets very good reviews.
Then there are the restaurants on rue des Abbesses in Montmartre such as La Sancerre which have a "vibe" to them along with good offerings. Rue de Abbesses is only about a 10-minute walk from Moulin Rouge.
