Gide parking garage Uzes - help!

Hello,
I have tried calling and emailing the underground parking garage Q Park Gide in Uzes but to date no luck in getting a response.
For those out there who may have used this option in the past, do you know how it works to reserve a space for multiple weeks - is access controlled by a license plate reader or by a Code sent via email? The reason I ask is because we are not picking up our rental car until the day before we are going to Uzes - I can provide a license plate now of a different car, but that won't be the same one we will have when we go to Uzes. The FAQ's on the website in French say once you have made a reservation using a particular license plate, you can change up to one hour before the reservation begins; in English it says you cannot change the license plate!

Thanks in advance if anyone has used this garage and can tell me how it works and whether you used via license plate access.
