We loved de l'Eveche! This was the ultimate welcoming home. It's in the old part of the city with a good climb up the hill to get there (after one parks the car and leaves it for the duration). We were there in October so parking restrictions in the old city no longer applied. Our hosts acted like they genuinely loved having us as guests. They invited us to use the terrace for picnic lunches and offered use of the refrigerator in the basement to store cheese or wine. The whole house is like a gallery - art everywhere for your enjoyment. I'd go back in a heartbeat just to relax in the pleasant environment.

Ditto! We were there in May of '13 and enjoyed L'Eviché thoroughly and Vaison la Romaine and the whole area. The breakfast was great, our host extremely helpful with information and drives to take.
Our room was really too big for 2 people, but that was a luxury for a couple of days.
An excellent stay.
