Five Vegetarian restaurants in Paris

Le Monde has an article that you can only see the first part unless you're a subscriber. That part shows (to me) a graphic with the five restaurants mentioned labeled on a vague map of Paris. They give you a (partial) review of the first one, Pistil, and the rest of the reviews are behind the paywall. You can subscribe for the rest or just look them up in other places.

Thank you. I could have just listed the names from the graphic but I didn't want to deprive the website of traffic. You have added more than the names. I was hoping others would chime in on their experiences at these.

You certainly could but I get the feeling it would fail the "...can enjoy quality vegetarian food for under €20." part of the article.

Maybe not.

Indeed, I have a feeling there may not be a single menu item at Arpège available for 20€ or below! But it is supposed to be sensational.

Edit: I checked. Lunch is €260 prix fixe, dinner €380.

Ordering á la carte, the cheapest item is 75€. (The most expensive, €120.)

But there is a dessert available for €35! That's the closest I can get you.

OK, I've googled "parrotas," and the things that crop up have feathers and beaks, and are definitely NOT vegetarian. Help?
