Good Morning,
I am looking for help finding a hotel, bnb, or private rental for my husband, father in law, daughter (2y) and myself. We will also have a 7 lb dog in tow (boarding is not an option). The space needs to have separate sleeping and bathrooms for us and my FiL. As for exact location we would like to be on the train line between Nice and Monaco but are flexible. Our budget is $200 US each ($400 total).

Yes. Titan pup travels too and from France a few times a year with his own passport.

have you tried entering your requirements on booking.com... they have apartments and b@bs.. etc.. not just hotels.. you can enter pet friendly too.
You dont nessesarily have to book through them.. but it will give you ideas of prices etc. and names to look up..
Thanks to Bridgittte Bardot and others in France there are many pet friendly places to stay around/in the Cotes d'Azur. Just do a simple Google search and many places are listed.
