Cooking class in vicinity of Nice , Aix- en- Provence , Beaune, or Lyon atea

For Nice: Rosa Jackson’s Le Petits Farcis . I’m
taking classes in person this July, but took several virtual classes, Online, after Covid first hit.

For Lyon: Lucy Vanel’s Plum Lyon. I learned so much in my classes there.

For Aix-en-Provence I highly recommend Giles at https://www.provence-gourmet.fr/ In summer 2022 the six of us did his market day in St Remy and then made the lunch at his aunt's beautiful home in the countryside. He does something similar from Aix and from Marseille. He was fun to be with, completely hands on and we learned some great things to make again when we got home.

Have you done a Google search for cooking classes? We did one years ago (4 people) on a private tour in a lovely home near Aix. It was a wonderful experience.
