Anyone stayed there? We tried to rent one of Steve's suggestions for 2 weeks from now, but they are all solidly booked. This was the closest one we could find. 8,2 score on Booking.com??? Would prefer to hear Rick Steve's clients suggestions and opinions.

I stayed here a few years ago and loved staying in a chateau. Lovely grounds, large rooms, free parking and convenient to Bayeux as well as visiting all the WW II sites and Mont Ste Michel. In Bayeux, had one of my best dining experiences at La Rapier.

Haven't stayed at this chateau, but I have had great experiences with booking.com and I loved the town of Bayeux! Have a great trip.

We stayed at Chateau de Sully, very very nice. Large clean room, staff and service were great and just outside minutes from Bayeaux and Tapestry.
