CDG airport hotel

What is best hotel for easy access to Terminal 1?

There are no hotels at Terminal 1. The best option is to choose any hotel that
has access to the CDGVAL tram that runs between T1/T2/T3 every 4 minutes or so.

I don't claim to know the "best" but I have stayed at the Novotel Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport hotel with convenient and easy access to the free CDGVAL airport train that links to the main CDG terminals.

There is also the Sheraton CDG located directly in Terminal 2. I've stayed there as well. For me, both were adequate. The Sheraton is more expensive.

I’ve stayed at both the Hilton and Holiday Inn Express on the CDG VAL and would stay at either again. I stayed at the Sheraton but won’t stay there again (room in bad shape, surly service)

In April I stayed at the Novetel that Architetta linked above. Quiet, clean and comfortable, only a 2 minute walk to the CDGVal shuttle to the terminals.

The Novotel, anyway, makes way more sense than the Sheraton for someone departing from or arriving at Terminal 1 (in addition to being much cheaper).

I’ve stayed twice at Citizen M and once at the Novotel. Both are an easy ride on the CDGVAL to any terminal.

I’ve booked the Holiday Inn Express for my last night, for the fall.
Reviews are great, price is right, free basic breakfast and free wifi.
The CDGVAL free shuttle train to every terminal is about 5-8 minutes walk away.
Here’s a clip I found that walks you there.
A couple of the other hotels are on that same walkway.

I also recommend the Novotel. 1 minute walk to the train. Full hot buffet breakfast included, and great soundproofing. Did not hear any planes take off or land.

I’ve stayed at the Marriott near the airport. It was very nice and they have shuttle service to and from the hotel to the airport.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on our way in to France in early May. Easy, comfy, friendly, good breakfast. Staying again on our way out.
