I am going to be in Bordeaux in Sept. 2020 and am looking for some suggestions for reasonably priced, well-located hotels. Luxury not needed, but comfort, safety, and cleanliness are a necessity. Charm is a plus. Many thanks for taking the time to respond!!!

You might check out Hotel des 4 Soeurs. It's centrally located, close to transit if you're relying on that and close to parking if you have a car, air conditioned, and an easy walk or transit ride to most of the central Bordeaux sights. We stayed there recently and it was quiet and clean.
