My husband and I are just finishing a lovely four-night stay at Cornec, just outside of Paimpol in Brittany. The property is on a quiet lane just a 7-minute walk from the sea. The ferry to Ile de Brehat is a 20-minute walk. We found it convenient for hikes along the Pink Granite Coast and along the Goelo coast closer to St Briec. The owners, Hilde and Ben, are Belgian and speak both French and English. They offered a very warm welcome, a tasty breakfast daily and a vegetarian dinner on Monday nights. Our room was quite large, with a king bed and excellent shower. They rehabilitated the house and garden themselves to an excellent condition. I recommend the property highly and very much hope to return. This was our first visit to Brittany and we are in love!
