My wife and I had dinner in Ambois at restaurant La Fourchette owned by Christine, dinner was fabulous and the place was packed.We Started with Fois Gras and had Duck as the main entree,she stopped by our table to see how we were doing,this restaurant is in Ricks Book and is a definite dinner stop when in Amboise.
