We just returned from our France trip, which included time in the Loire Valley. We used Rick Steve's guidebook to select a B&B in the area - Le Moulin du Fief Gentil in Blere. This was a definite winner and we would recommend it to anyone visiting the chateaux of the Loire. Florence Heurtebise is a wonderful hostess, good English, and we were lucky enough to attend one of her home-cooked French dinners. A delightful experience, and the inn's location is perfect for exploring the chateaux of the area, Amboise, Loches, and other sites.
