Accessible room for 3 in heart of Paris

My sister and I are traveling with our mother to Paris in March 2025 for a few days to celebrate her 80th birthday. We've all been to Paris before at different times and know the city fairly well. Mom doesn't need a wheelchair, but lots of steps can be really challenging and we don't want her trying to step in and out of a tub to shower. A few years back, my husband and I stayed at the Hotel Caron de Beaumarchais and while we loved the style (it doesn't get any cuter), the staff was excellent, and it has an elevator, our room was very small and I'd love to find something a little more spacious. Any recommendations? Here's some more details for what we're looking for, from more to less important:

  • More accessibility: fewer steps (or an elevator), walk-in shower
  • Room for 3 adults ideally (Queen/Double and a cot/sofa?), but we can do two rooms if necessary
  • Centrally located, ideally St. Germain or Latin Quarter
  • Our exact budget is TBD, but maybe somewhere between 300-500 EUR per night? Willing to spend more for this special trip, but not completely break the bank either!
  • We prefer classic, Parisian charm and style, not ultra-modern - if it's possible to find something that's still charming, but also accessible!

Thanks!

I don't have any recommendations, but you might try looking at Booking.com listings as there are filters for accessibility features as well as the ability to search by the number of beds per room. You can adjust the filters for accessibility after you do a broad search for Paris and dates (e.g., low barrier shower is under "room accessibility" along the left side of the search page). Their listings also show square footage so you can see if it's more "spacious" than your last hotel. I did a dummy search on the first week of March and there were quite a few options including hotels with triple beds and some apartments, though some may be outside your price range. Good luck!
