Our cruise ship gives us only 8 hours in Helsinki. Is it possible to get in a sauna experience in that time?

Of course, there are no regulations on how much time you have to spend in a sauna.

I have just returned from a holiday in Finland and think that this place right in the centre of Helsinki might meet your needs. I don't know where your ship will dock but Allas Sea Pool and Sauna is on the sea front and very central, so you should be able to get there without any problems.

This is one of the better known sauna's in Helsinki:
It is on the water and accessible by public transit from the docks.
I've never been but it gets lots of publicity.
I was in Finland last month. I had an early morning flight out so I stayed at an airport hotel. To my surprise, my hotel room had a private sauna.
