Norway and finland trip

Hi

Hello,

What are some of the tips you would recommend me for my roadtrip through Norway and Finland? We are 2 persons traveling by car. What are some cheap places where we could eat or get supplies? Do we have to pay road taxes? Would you have some cheap accommodations recommendations? How much time should we allocate to the trip?

Our trip goal is to get to Nordkapp and back. So any suggestion or tip is welcomed.

Where are you coming from? What do you want do see and do? Will you bring your own car or rent one? What time of the year?

Not much is cheap in Norway. Camping maybe is cheaper, but I imagine it is still expensive.

By all accounts restaurants are a lot more expensive than in most of the rest of Europe. The cheap option involves food from grocery stores.
