Lapland first time - Help with activities booking

Friends,
Excited .. travelling to Lapland for the first time this Christmas and new year .
Itinerary is as follow as:
Landing Ivalo airport on December 25th evening and would reach kakslauttanen by late evening around 7 . By the time all would b closed I believe , so would rest at resort.
Dec 26 till Dec 28 staying in Kakslauttanen and moving to Rovaniemi on Dec 28 afternoon.
Staying in Rovaniemi from Dec28 til Jan 1st.
Checking out mid day of Jan 1st .
Other than flights and hotels , we didn’t book any thing else.
All I need is guidance and help with respect to booking , planning activities in both Saariselka and Rovaniemi.
How to plan, where to book etc .
Indebted to thank you for your support.
Aurora hunting with snowmobile , Reindeer/ husky rides , SCV and tour, ice floating forest lake, northern lights . Polar beer adventure , ice breaker cruise are some of the things I am planning .
Could you recommend any proper agencies or booking sites with whom we could do at this last minute ?
Also wanna ask if we really need to buy snow boots etc or we could get rental dress sets once we land ivalo ?
Your inputs are highly appreciated
Travelling with 13 year old kid . So I wanna ensure that everything goes fine.

Thanks

Can't recommend anything, but at this late stage I would use Google to see if you can book a package.

Best suggestion I have is to contact the hotel(s) where you will be and ask about activities that can be booked.

You referred to one as a 'resort', so possibly they have a concierge that could help

Sam, you asked a very similar question for Finland planning back on Dec. 2 and were very late in the game then. Sorry to say but at this point - you are just 5 days from arrival in Lapland - doing an internet search for a package than can accommodate your dates, locations, and most of your desired activities is pretty much your best bet at this point. That or, as another poster suggested, ask the desk at your hotels if they can recommend any local businesses that provide day trips.

As you didn't have any firsthand responders to your original question, I'm guessing few if any of our active forum members in the RS community will have had the sort of adventure in Lapland/Finland that you're looking for during a holiday season. Good luck; hope you find what you're looking for!

Editing to add: I see that you've gotten some helpful assistance from a Lapland destination expert over on TripAdvisor for your identical question today, and who is also concerned about bookings this late in the game/during a holiday period. As well, I see from your question on Fodor's forum that you are from India and do not drive. I'm concerned about how you've planned to get around? I would strongly recommend sharing that info on your TA thread as it could be critical to suggested booking resources.

I have spent time in northern Finland/Sami region although it was summer. But flew out of Ivalo airport for my return. It is a very small airport with very limited shopping- I am posting since it's not clear if you are arriving there without adequate warm clothing and a young teen.
I stayed in Inari. The resort towns where you have reservations, as others suggested, sell packages to include the kinds of activities you list. I remember most offered boots/heavy snowsuits as an option when on the tour, but you're still going to need to move about safely in whatever outwear you arrive with?
Safe travels- what a memorable experience you'll have together!
