Arriving in Helsinki by car in early June. Plan to take overnight ferry to St. Petersburg, spend day there and return overnight ferry to Helsinki. Have been unable to find any guidence as to securly parking car for two nights while on St. Petersburg ferry.
The first question here , is with which carrier are you traveling ? The different companies ( Tallink Silja , St Peter Line . Viking ) all have dedicated terminals in Helsinki . While I did not have a car there , it was apparent that there was parking available at these terminals or quite nearby to accommodate clients such as yourself . Have you contacted the appropriate company directly ?
Assuming St Peter Line , this is your answer http://www.portofhelsinki.org/palvelukartta/servicemapeng.html
Thank You Steven. We are traveling the St. Peter Line. I had viewed harbor website and seen only 24 hour parking on layout. The text for West Harbor does mention long term lots and rates, so I think I have a solution. Not cheap, but a solution.
Glad to be of help ,
