Is the Helsinki Metro open to the Alto University Otaniemi Campus? If not, how long would it take to travel from Ruoholahti Station by bus #102 odr #103 to the campus?

Looks like the 102 is faster but requires you to walk 100 meters more than the 103T for a 9:49 and later departure time.
