Good day everyone,
I have a 18 day Baltic/Nordic trip coming up.
Is Aland Island worth a visit while traveling from Stockholm to Finland?
Also, when going to Finland should I include Turku?

The Åland islands are lovely and well worth a visit, I'm personally very fond of them. Turku is nice and has some very charming parts, but not a distaster if you miss it. But, with you itinerary you should probably think about removing places instead of adding more.

Thanks for the advice. I removed Poland.
I enjoyed Poland too much the first time and do not want to rush it, and miss out on some hidden gems in the Baltics/Nordics.

It’s been quite a few years since the trip, but I enjoyed my stays in Mariehamn and Turku enough that I recall hoping to perhaps visit them again someday. Stockholm was terrific and I did go back again to spend more time there.

Just remember that there is no way you'll be able to see all the hidden gems.

Curious as to what are some of the hidden gems on Aland islands? We like to hike, kayak, swim. We are staying at an Airbnb near mariehamn that has kayaks and bikes.
