In case it's helpful to others planning a trip to the Baltics, I'm going to share my notes on highlights of our trip to Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, and Helsinki in May 2025. FROM TALLINN TO HELSINKI
We took a taxi to the ferry terminal and then took the Viking XPRS across the Baltic Sea. We got to the ferry terminal early because that’s the way we are wired, and then we stood around and waited a long time to board. So, I’m not sure that was necessary. The ferry ride itself was pleasant and it was fun to get the perspective of sailing out of Tallinn and sailing into Helsinki.
