Climate "real feel" in Estonia

I'll be in Estonia for about a week late June/early July, visiting Tallinn as well as Lehamaa and Soomaa parks (I'll also be traveling across Latvia and Lithuania in the weeks before and have the same question as follows for anyone that can speak to all of it).

I've looked at weather forecasts and trends with respect to temperature but I'm having a hard time getting a sense of how this will really feel in practice because I think I really underestimated the humidity, assuming it wouldn't be too warm and would be a touch humid. I actually was picturing like summer in Oslo (the closest I've been before) but just a tiny bit more humid? But now I'm seeing forecasts for high 70s and 96% humidity, and I'm wondering if by late June and July it will feel more like Houston than I expected, vs. Oslo or ...maybe Cleveland or possibly Boston or something? Can anyone compare how these areas might feel to some places in America (or even elsewhere in the world)?

I'm from the Bay Area and pretty much get drenched in sweat immediately in even mild heat and humidity, so this could make a big difference in how I pack or even what I'm capable of doing on the trip!

I was in the Baltics earlier this month and then Finland.

The Baltics hovered between 75 and 80 every day. Finland hit 80 almost every day.

And that's in May. Normally I expected 60-65 this time of year. I had two sweaters with me and a medium weight jacket. Didn't need them.

So, throw the charts away and expect anything.

Thanks, Frank II, I was wondering if they were having a heat wave or something!

And, was the humidity oppressive?
