I visited Windsor Castle in April. I recall that in the castle (not St. George's Chapel) there were lists of names on the walls, near outside windows in a large long room. The lists spanned centuries and I suspect that they were probably knights who had been appointed the Order of the Garter. I can't recall the room nor anything else. I normally take pictures of things, as I travel, so I can recall but they aren't allowed there. Anyone have an idea? Thanks!
