Is this possible? We would be starting in the Heathrow area on a Saturday in February.
how would you travel? What do you want to see in Oxford?
Possible? Yes
Practicle? Probably not.
I believe Oxford deserves a full day especially if making it a day trip. Windsor Castle a half day.
Only of you are wanting to do this as a tick list experience. You will end up short changing both places.
I agree with others here this is possible but would be very rushed- personally I would pick just one for the whole day.
No, but you could do Windsor Castle and Stonehenge in one day.

Will, you have a car? What time would you expect to Leave Heathrow area? Windsor is only a short drive but don't forget to allow time to find somewhere to park. The castle opens at 10am and it is recommended to allow 2-3 hours for a visit. That is going to take until lunchtime. Allow an hour for lunch. Are you wanting to see anything else in Windsor?
It is going to take 90 minutes to drive to Stonehenge. Their last admissionis 3pm (two hours before closing time). You are going to need all of those two hours to do the Visiitor Centre and see the stones.
SO a lot depends on getting to Stonehenge for 3pm at the very latest. It is doable but you may well be watching the clock all the time.
I'm just going to say no. Logistically, yes, it's doable. But Oxford is such an incredible place that you will feel very short-changed with less than a half day there. I was there for 2 half days and one night, and barely got a glance at everything. I was so sad that I could not stay longer.
Is this choice due to a long layover at Heathrow? If so, then I would definitely focus on one or the other. It would be helpful to know when your flight comes in and what your other plans are.
