Hello All,
As an anniversary present , I would like to take my wife to the Wimbleton Championships. There are several tour companies offering all inclusive packages that seem appealing. Does anyone have recommendations on what companies are wonderful, or to be avoided? A front runner for us presently is “Tailormade” if you have any comments about them. Thank you!!
what a wonderful idea.
I've never heard of tour companies providing guaranteed admission and seats, but I suppose that they may exist. Please please please do lots of checking and make sure that you are getting what you think you are buying.
The usual way to get tickets to Wimbledon is to enter the Ballot and hope. The Ballot for 2025 has closed.
Or there is the Queue, and hope.
Or you can buy hospitality. I assume that that's how a tour would get you in. But would they wait while you watch?
I cast no nasturtiums but I wonder.
No experience of any specific company but the legit ones fall into two basic types - the official hospitality partner Keith Prowse and its resellers, and ones reselling debenture tickets with some package of services outside of Wimbledon itself.
Debenture tickets can be legitimately resold in this way. Their holders buy the right to a pair of seats for all day every day at the Championships at either Centre or No 1 Court. The ones current for Centre Court were sold for £80,000 for the period 2021-25. Individual days are routinely sold on by many owners.
If a company doesn't mention either of those source of tickets then where they come from is unknown.
the website for Wimbledon tickets is https://www.wimbledon.com/en_GB/tickets/index.html
There are companies that provide guaranteed tickets. They resell their debenture tickets, and they come at a hefty price. We used Sporting Agenda in 2018 to attend the Championships. They are now named Wimbledon Debenture Tickets by Sporting Agenda.
I selected the date and court that we wanted, and AnneMarie took care of everything. You can read my Google Review here. Our tickets were delivered to our hotel exactly when SA said they would be, we received pre-loaded Oyster cards for transportation, and entry into the grounds was flawless. I requested seats on centre court in the shade, and SA delivered perfectly.
I did not research what else they provide as far as "all inclusive" items, since we only really wanted the guaranteed tickets. I would highly recommend them if you can pay the price.
Newmarket Holidays, a well established company based in Surrey, offer 2 or 3 day packages including a guaranteed seat for court 1.

Be aware, Court Nr 1 is different than Centre Court. American Express offer ‘hospitality tickets’ at huge cost. We’ve had our B&B guests use AmEx. Next year, apply for ‘the ballot’, now online. You need a direct email ie ending in gmail is best. Their system throws out rerouted emails. Alternative and just as fab is in walking distance from us in London proper, at Queens Club. I saw all the greats play this year. Download the LTA tennis app.
apply for ‘the ballot’, now online.
Even entering the ballot won't guarantee a ticket. I've a friend who has tried for several years without success.
No 1 Court may not be centre court but is the next highest ranked after Centre Court and still has many significant ranked players.
