i am taking my adult son to London for his first trip to Europe as a belated College graduation present. I am not very familiar with London, only been there once years ago. We can stay at either The Tower Hotel or Hyde Park International hotel for roughly the same price. Which has a better location close to public transportation and tourist attractions? thank you for your help
You really can’t go wrong. However I would choose the Hyde Park International as it is very near Hyde Park and Kensington Palace and has tube stations nearby. I am a little prejudiced as we always stay in this area when visit London.
The Tower is near many major sites but lacks the beauty of the nearby park setting . However, the riverside location would be fun if you can get river view rooms.
