I saw many companies offer hoho bus, one is the original. Based on your experience, which one is better? Is it really worth it or better go by yourself? I am not the museum type and not too crazy about churches either since I have seen so many already, incl. Sangrada Familia. Thanks in advance.
I always go by the route. Are those the sites I want to see?
In my humble opinion not worth the cost or time wasted in traffic.
What is it that you want to see in London since you’ve ruled out churches and museums?
Whatever you choose easy to do on your own. Get an Oyster card and off you go. Check open hours online via Timeout London. If the Churchill War Rooms are of interest best to book tickets in advance.
They are all very expensive and slow. But since you don't appear to want to go into either museums - of which London has dozens, mostly free - or churches - of which London is world leading, with Wren churches everywhere and magnificent interiors - it seems that you must want to go past places.
Maybe a HoHo is the perfect solution for you.
So a basic question - what is what you are coming to London for? When you were deciding on your holiday what caught your eye, and you said I Want to Go To London. What is the attraction?
Decide what is the attraction and one or more of the HoHo buses will drive past it. When you find the list of where they go matches closely your list of what you want to go past, you will have found your answer.
Note, if you prefer to listen to the recording in a language other than English some companies do that. It is worth checking. Some only have live commentary in English.
As the HoHo buses are expensive, if you don't mind not having a commentary use the normal public transport (red) buses. Some good tourist routes are mentioned in this Londonist link:

I will echo Claudia - none of them are worth the financial investment from my perspective. Whatever sparks your interest can easily be arranged and found using the regular bus system and Oyster card.
And, in the interest of fairness, I love a good hoho bus tour. Just not in London.
Thank you again all. We survived without hoho and had fun and all the time to visit sites that we like. Thanks for the inputs. Till next European trip. Happy New Year you all.
Glad you had a good time seeing whatever it was that interested you!
