My brother and I are flying in from different cities, arriving about 30 minutes apart. Where would you recommend as a meet-up point? (I need to collect a suitcase, but he won't). I am just not sure if the only option is to exit the secure area to meet. Thanks!

Let's assume you're arriving at the same terminal, you could meet at the baggage reclaim if only 30 minutes apart.
Or it could be more complicated if different terminals and one flight is delayed.

Go to the Heathrow website and search for “meeting points”. There’s one on each terminal and the website will tell you where the one in your terminal is and how to find it.
