I’m in Big trouble right now. I bought Westminster abbey tour tickets on the official website for the wrong dates. I was mistaken on the date of our arrival from USA. I bought it for April 10, 2023 wherein we will arrive on April 11 in the early morning. Can I still use this tickets on April 11. Thank you for any help!

I would click on the "Contact Us" link on the official website, explain the situation and humbly ask for mercy, and for them to switch the tickets.
I bought tickets to a Broadway show for the wrong night, I called to explain the situation, and my non-refundable tickets were switched to the night I wanted. It can happen.

There should be no problem as there are loads of tickets available on both days, as of now.
Jut message them - every interaction I have heard about with WA has been very positive
Contact them via email. I did the same thing for a different site in London last month, and they changed the dates for me within 5 hours. I just emailed the contact us on the website.
THANK YOU very much to ALL who responded! I’ve taken your advise and emailed them. Today, I received a very positive response from them. They have extended my tickets for 6 months. Again, I appreciate all of those who took the time to write comments.
