Wembley Stadium to Victoria Coach stadium (after concert)

I will be going to the Billy Joel concert on the 10th September and was looking at transport home to Scotland. There is a bus at 00:30 from Victoria which would be perfect, but not sure if would get there from Wembley in time.

Only other choice would be to stay over at a friends who lives in K&C area but I would need to leave theirs about 7am to catch 8am bus as need to be home on the Sunday as have college Monday morning.

Don't expect that it will finish at the advertised time ... which you haven't mentioned so it is hard to work out.

Wembley Park is the obvious place to head to; although it is the most popular it also is the highest capacity station. The other options are to the south west of the stadium so you will be behind people that are exiting from there.

There will be a queuing system in operation. It moves fairly quickly as they are regularly dispatching trains to London. They usually manage to clear everyone within an hour, often less.

The normal quickest way would be Metropolitan to Baker Street, Bakerloo to Oxford Circus and Victoria Line to Victoria OR Met to Finchley Road, Jubilee to Green Park, Victoria Line to Victoria. However, it may be better to take the slower Jubilee line from Wembley Park.

Tfl route planner only tells you how long it should take on a normal day, not when theres thousands trying to get home from an event.

Apparently the coach stops at Golders Green at 1am, wondering if that would be better than trying to get into the city centre
