Are you talking about the St Pancras Renaissance hotel?

I guess by looking at the other hotels you've listed you are. All VERY nice and expensive.

I've only had a tea at the St Pancras Booking Office restaurant which is attached to the hotel. Quite lovely and I enjoyed seeing and meandering about the new Gas Towers/Coal Drop Yards/Granary Square development which is directly behind St Pancras. My favorite Dishoom is there and you can walk along the Regents Canal from there if you choose.
The British Library where the stellar Treasure Room is located is a block away. Lastly the intriguing Hardy Tree at the St Pancras old church is also nearby .

Guess I'm recommending this hotel.

Easy tube access as well.

I've stayed at the St. Pancras Renaissance and it was very nice (although we were in a suite) and enjoyed a fantastic meal at The Gilbert Scott restaurant which is part of the hotel. I haven't stayed at the St. Ermin's although my wife has and she has said that it's her favourite London Marriott.

I suppose much of it comes down to what location you'd prefer to stay in.
