Waterloo to LHR by car for noon flight to Dublin What time to leave

Four US adults with checked bags leaving Waterloo hotel for a 12 noon flight on Aer Lingus to Dublin on a Monday. I am going to book with Blackberry Cars . I was thinking of asking for pick-up some time between 8 and 8:30, or do they tell you based on your flight time?
I'd appreciate any help with the travel timing.

I can't see on this forum how to reply to individuals, but instead just a general reply to the thread. So thank you in advance.

Edited to add this is on a Monday in September.

The journey with no congestion is about an hour. Unless this is a weekend, you will be travelling at the peak of the rush hour, so it will take longer. You should plan to check in 2 hours before the flight.
And make sure that they give you a big enough vehicle - four people plus luggage will need an MPV.

From previous posts understand first time travelers.

Book 8am Blackberry to ease your angst. Make sure you know which Terminal your Dublin flight departs from.

Based on travel time and traffic, and the fact you have checked bags, I would say 8.30am in order to be there by 10am. However, this is one of those instances where public transport is actually faster- you could take the Jubilee line to Bond Street and change to the Elizabeth Line, which is closer to 45 mins total travel time (depending on the terminal). However, your priority may be ease of travel rather than speed of travel (especially if you have a lot of luggage) in which case the car makes more sense.
