This was the RS hotel for the 7-day London tour but it is not listed in the most recent England book. Any information about this hotel?

It’s on Google maps and TripAdvisor so you should be able to get any information you need, whatever that may be. It’s in an upscale area of the city.

The guidebooks often don't list the hotels the RS tours use. I guess because it keeps them from being "too popular". lol! ( My opinion!)

That was the tour hotel for our June 2023 London in 7 Days tour. I thought the location was great. It was very easy to get to from Heathrow. The breakfasts were very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We've been on 5 RS tours and I think I've only seen a small handful of tour hotels mentioned in the respective guide books.

That was also the tour hotel for the 2025 7-day tour, which I was on. If you read the reviews of the tour on the Rick Steves website, you will find that people rave about the great location (which it is) but say nothing else about the hotel. This hotel gets a 7.5 on Booking.com, and the location a 9.4. I generally aim for at least an 8.5 on Booking, though I'm not a high ender - 3-star hotels are usually fine for me if they're highly rated. There was nothing horrible about the Washington Mayfair. I did not find the breakfast to be particularly good, and my room overlooked the street so there was some noise. The staff was great. I was able to get into my room way before check-in time.
