We come into Heathrow at 10am in a few weeks but will probably not catch the 10:30am bus to Bath and will have to wait until around 1pm to catch the next one...
Any tips for waiting at Heathrow?

I know the bus waiting area isn’t very pleasant but don’t dawdle too long. It took us almost an hour to walk from where we picked our one checked bag to the bus waiting room.

The infrequency of the coach is the thing that counts against it. I wouldn't wait 2+hrs in this circumstance but take the train option instead and be almost there by then.

Have you considered booking a private car? It will save you so much time. Vacation is precious and unless on a tight budget I’d rather spend a little bit of money to make the absolute most of it.

Take the train, you will be in Bath before your bus leaves LHR.

Oops I misread your post. Thought you were arriving at 10:30 and the coach was at 13:00 that’s why I said not to dawdle. I too vote for the train to Bath.

I also vote on taking the train to Bath. It is easy and will get you there quicker. A lot less waiting time.
